Exploration On The Pursuit Of Education & Career In Medicine

29^th June 2019 KMHS organized a seminar entitled Exploration of Education & Career in Medicine (Seminar Eksplorasi Pendidikan & Kerjaya Perubatan) at UniSHAMS campus. A total of 110 students from matriculation (Kolej Matrikulasi Kedah, Kolej Matrikulasi Perlis & Kolej Matrikulasi Selangor) and foundation centres (Asasi Sains UniSHAMS) attended the event.

The event started with welcoming speech by the Dean of KMHS, Prof. Dr. Mohd. Jamil Bin Yaacob and officiated by UniSHAMS Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shamsul Jamili Bin Yeob. The objectives of the event could be summarized as follow, to

1. promote the uniqueness of MBBS programme
2. describe the characters of medical students
3. present the facility of the kulliyyah
4. explain financial assistance
5. discuss the challenges as medical practitioner

The event ended with presentation of book prizes to winners with the most likes in the MBBS@UniSHAMS facebook contest.
