Center For International Relations & Collaboration (CIRC)

Welcome to the Centre for International Relations & Collaboration (CIRC) at UniSHAMS. Formerly known as the International Student Centre (ISC), CIRC is dedicated to fostering global engagement and cooperation. Under the leadership of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Academic & International Affairs, our centre is committed to providing comprehensive support and opportunities for all students and faculty. CIRC has three core functions:

•  Managing International Student Affairs. We assist international students with various applications, including new passes, follow-up passes, short-term passes, escort passes, sticker transfers, special passes, Personal Bond applications, and refund applications. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all international students.
• Facilitating National and International Collaborations. We establish and maintain partnerships through Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with institutions around the world, fostering academic and research collaborations that benefit our entire university community.
• Coordinating Mobility Programs. We manage student and faculty exchanges, providing opportunities for members of our university community to gain international experience and broaden their academic and cultural horizons. We are committed to ensuring that these tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively to support our university community and enhance global collaboration.
