Introduction
The Division of Information Technology Centre, formerly known as the IT Unit, was established on 16 June 1998. At the beginning of its establishment, functioned as a Computer Center that focused more on computing services for staff and students as the use of IT was not so widespread at that time. However, the administration of Information Technology Center covers various aspects such as managing ICT related matters at UniSHAMS either from software, hardware and infrastructure requirements and even plans for the future of the ICT UniSHAMS.

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Greetings.
Alhamdulillah, I am thankful to Allah because with His bounty I was able to give a few words in the website of the Information Technology Division, Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah International Islamic University (UniSHAMS).
I would like to take this opportunity to say "Welcome" to all visitors to the Information Technology Division website.
With the rapidity and advancement of technology, many processes and operations have been simplified. Even so, if technology is used in the wrong way or for the wrong purpose, it can start a “chain-destruction” if not stopped immediately. Therefore, it is hoped that visitors can use this website as an effective communication medium between the administration of the Information Technology Division with campus residents as well as the general public. The Information Technology Division will strive to constantly update, channel information, and assist users for the convenience of all.
I would also like to extend my sincere congratulations and thanks to all the staff of the Information Technology Division who have worked hard to complete, maintain, and update this website. It is hoped that these efforts will bring the best results that can be channeled to the entire campus community as well as the general public.
I welcome suggestions and positive views to further strengthen the content of this website for the benefit of all parties.

Driving UNISHAMS towards the implementation of e-university
Develop ICT services through the provision of competent and effective infostructure and ICT infrastructure
Create an e-university environment in support of administrative and management activities, research and development, teaching and learning by providing efficient and comprehensive ICT infostructure and infrastructure.
Encourage the use of information and communication technology by providing ongoing courses and training.
