Graduates of this program can enter various service sectors, whether in the public or private sector, as Administrative Officers, Company Managers, Executive Officers, Financing Officers, Research Officers, Compliance Officers, Management Officers, Marketing Officers, Operations Officers, Logistics Officers, Shariah-compliant Tourism Officers, Training and Halal Services Officers, Human Resource Officers, Teachers, Lecturers, Researchers, and other related roles.

  • Programme Objectives

  • Programme Duration

    • Full Time: 3 Years

  • Entry Requirements

    • Possess SPM with at least three (3) credits; OR
    • Obtain SKM Level 3 in relevant field; OR
    • Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in relevant field with CGPA 2.00; OR
    • Pass STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject; OR
    • Pass STAM with at least Maqbul grade; OR
    • Other qualifications recognised as equivalent by the Malaysian Government.

    For International students

    Achieve a minimum Band 3 in MUET OR equivalent to CFER (HIGH B1).

    No, UPU application is not required. All applications to UniSHAMS can be completed online via the official UniSHAMS website, or by walking in directly to the UniSHAMS Assist Service Centre at the Kuala Ketil Campus, Kedah.

    The programme consists of 94 credit hours and takes three years to complete.
