This program applies knowledge and skills in the business discipline. The program also focuses on administration, human resource management, accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and entrepreneurship. It produces graduates who are prepared to face challenges in the contemporary business world. Graduates of this program can enter various service sectors, whether in the public or private sector, as Administrative Officers, Company Managers, Executive Officers, Financing Officers, Research Officers, Compliance Officers, Management Officers, Marketing Officers, Operations Officers, Logistics Officers, Shariah-compliant Tourism Officers, Training and Halal Services Officers, Human Resource Officers, Teachers, Lecturers, Researchers, and other related roles.

Full Time: 3 Years 6 months

Pass STPM with at least Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in any TWO (2) subjects; OR

Pass STAM with Jayyid grade; OR

Foundation / Matriculation with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR

Diploma (Level 4, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR

Advanced Diploma (Level 5, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; OR

Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) / Malaysian Vocational Diploma (DVM) subject to University Senate / Academic Board approval; OR

1. Do I need to apply through UPU for this programme?
No, UPU application is not required. All applications to UniSHAMS can be completed online via the official UniSHAMS website, or by walking in directly to the UniSHAMS Assist Service Centre at the Kuala Ketil Campus, Kedah.
2. Is this course difficult?
Not at all. This course is designed to be highly accessible and structured for clear understanding, fully supported by the guidance of our competent and experienced lecturers.
3. How many credit hours are required, and what is the duration of study?
The programme consists of 94 credit hours and takes three years to complete.
