Pass SPM/SPMV with at least five (5) credits in any subjects including Malay Language; OR
Pass O-Level with at least Grade C in five (5) subjects; OR
Other qualifications recognised as equivalent and approved by the UniSHAMS Senate and the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT).
