Passed Matriculation/ Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical programme with CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0) in THREE (3) subjects Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics; AND Minimum grade for each subject is C (GP 2.0); AND Passed SPM/O level with minimum 5B in subjects Biology and Chemistry and Physics and Mathematics/Add Mathematics and another subject; OR
Passed STPM with gred BBB, ABC or AAC or CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0) in THREE (3) subjects Biology, Chemistry and Physic/Mathematics; OR
Passed Diploma in Health Sciences with CGPA 3.5 (out of 4.0); AND Passed SPM/O level with minimum 2B in subject Biology and/or Chemistry and/or Physic; AND THREE (3) credit in English and Mathematics/Add Mathematics and another subject; OR
Passed Bachelor’s Degree with CGPA 3.0 (out of 4.0) in Health Sciences/Pure/Applied Sciences; OR Passed with CGPA 3.5 (out of 4.0) in Arts or Humanities
